It helps to include your Windows version, where you installed Disk Cleaner & Visualizer from (the Microsoft Store or this site), and, for anything about Premium, the email address you paid with.

I lost my licence key

Search your email for "Disk Cleaner & Visualizer Premium". If it is not there, write to us from any address and tell us the email you paid with. We send the same key again.

Moving Premium to a new PC

Each key works on one PC at a time. Reinstalling Windows or Disk Cleaner & Visualizer on the same PC needs nothing: enter the same key again. For a different PC, write to us with the key or the email you paid with, and we release it so the new PC can activate it.

"Activation is not available right now"

Disk Cleaner & Visualizer could not reach our server. Your key is fine. Check that the PC is online and try again in a few minutes. Activation is needed once per PC; after that, Premium works offline.

"This key is already in use on another PC"

The key was activated on a different PC first. Write to us and we release it.

Refunds

Write to us within 30 days of buying and we refund the full price through Polar. You do not have to give a reason. After a refund, the key no longer activates.

Is there a catch to the free version?

No. Scanning, Quick Clean, the Collector and undo are free for as long as you use Disk Cleaner & Visualizer. There is no trial, no reminder to upgrade, and no account.

I removed something I need

Cleans move items to the Recycle Bin. Open Disk Cleaner & Visualizer, choose Undo for that clean, and the items go back where they were. A clean run as administrator and the Deep Clean steps have no Undo in the app; what they move to the Recycle Bin stays there, where you can restore it. You can restore any of these items from the Recycle Bin yourself, as long as it has not been emptied. Some cleans cannot be undone, and the app says so before you confirm: emptying the Recycle Bin, removing Windows.old, the Deep Clean steps for restore points and the component store, and files on a drive that has no Recycle Bin.
